Local-first privacy for sensitive client workflow.

The website may process basic information needed to serve pages, process checkout, deliver licenses, respond to support requests, and maintain the license system.

Checkout is handled through Stripe. Email delivery may be handled through a transactional email provider. These services are used for purchase and license delivery, not for storing private client credit files.

Client records, dispute workflow, task work, documents, timeline/story records, audit/ledger records, reports, letters, backups, and restores are part of the desktop app workflow.

The product direction is local-first: sensitive client workspace data is not placed into a vendor-hosted cloud CRM by default.

CreditFixer Analyzer and CreditFixerToolkit are separate products. Analyzer can export a local handoff package. Toolkit can import that package into a staging review flow.

There is no shared database, no silent sync, and no automatic creation of disputes, tasks, letters, documents, mail, or bureau contact from Analyzer import. Operator review is required.

For support, do not email client SSNs, full credit reports, full account numbers, private documents, or unnecessary client records.

If support needs context, describe the issue using general product details, error text, route/page names, license email used at checkout, and the step where the problem happened.

Backup and restore workflows are operator-controlled. Encrypted local backup files should be stored responsibly by the operator.

The operator is responsible for protecting workspace passwords, recovery details, backup files, and any exported reports or letters.

CreditFixerToolkit is software for organizing workflow. It does not guarantee removals, score increases, approvals, income, legal outcomes, compliance outcomes, or business results.
