Refund Policy
Review the product fit before purchase.
CreditFixerToolkit is professional desktop software sold as a one-time license for the purchased version. Buyers should review the walkthrough, pricing, support, privacy, terms, system support, and product boundaries before checkout.
Before purchase
The old in-app sample workspace path has been removed. The public walkthrough and product review pages are provided so buyers can understand the workflow before buying.
Confirm the product is appropriate for your workflow, system, and business needs before purchasing.
Technical support first
If a buyer has a download, install, license, activation, or delivery issue, contact support first at support@creditfixertoolkit.com. We may ask for the email used at checkout, the product name, the system being used, and the exact error text.
Do not send private client records, client SSNs, full credit reports, full account numbers, or unnecessary documents for refund or support review.
Refund review
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case. A refund is not guaranteed simply because the buyer changed their mind, bought for an unsupported system, did not review the product pages, or expected unsupported automation.
Toolkit does not guarantee removals, score increases, approvals, income, legal outcomes, compliance outcomes, or business results.
Unsupported expectations
Refund requests may be denied when the issue is based on expecting:
- • Automatic dispute sending
- • Automatic mail or bureau contact
- • Automatic disputes, tasks, letters, or documents from Analyzer import
- • Cloud CRM behavior or shared database sync
- • Legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice
- • Guaranteed removals, score changes, approvals, or business outcomes
How to request help
Email support@creditfixertoolkit.com with the purchase email address, product name, issue type, and exact non-private error text. Support can then review whether the issue is delivery, activation, technical, or product-fit related.
