CreditFixerToolkit is sold as a downloadable desktop software license. This policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases of the full desktop license.
Before you buy
CreditFixerToolkit is currently available for Windows 64-bit systems only. Linux and macOS/Unix-based systems are not supported at this time. A demo version is available so buyers can evaluate the workflow before purchasing.
Try before purchase
A demo version of CreditFixerToolkit is provided so users can explore the interface, workflow, and seeded sample data before buying the full version. The demo is for evaluation only and is not intended for live client work.
Refund window
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the full desktop software cannot be installed, opened, activated, or used due to a technical issue that support cannot reasonably resolve.
Technical issue eligibility
Eligible technical issues may include installer failures, activation problems, or launch-blocking errors on a supported Windows 64-bit system. Customers may be asked to provide reasonable details such as screenshots, error messages, order email, or the license email used at checkout.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not issued for:
- • Change of mind after purchase
- • Choosing not to review the available demo before purchase
- • Unsupported operating systems, including Linux and macOS/Unix-based systems
- • Use on non-Windows or non-64-bit environments
- • Business outcomes not meeting expectations
- • Credit repair results, dispute outcomes, score changes, or income expectations
- • Lack of understanding of the product after clear platform and license notices were provided
- • Lost workspace passwords, lost backup passwords, or failure to maintain backups
License scope
The full desktop license is a one-time license for one user, with up to 2 device activations included. Abuse, license sharing, or attempted circumvention of activation limits may make a purchase ineligible for a refund.
No outcome guarantees
CreditFixerToolkit is workflow software. It does not guarantee business results, credit score improvements, dispute deletions, income, legal outcomes, compliance outcomes, or any particular credit repair result.
How to request a refund
Refund requests should be submitted through the support contact listed on the support page. Include the email address used at checkout, a short explanation of the issue, and any relevant error message or screenshot. Each request is reviewed case by case.
Payment processor timing
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on Stripe, the buyer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider. CreditFixerToolkit cannot control bank-side posting times after a refund is submitted.
