Terms of Service

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the CreditFixerToolkit website, demo download, full desktop software, license activation system, and related customer resources. By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using the software, you agree to these terms.

Important platform notice

CreditFixerToolkit is currently available for Windows 64-bit systems only. Linux and macOS/Unix-based systems are not supported at this time.

Software license

Purchasing CreditFixerToolkit grants one user a limited license to install and use the full desktop software according to these terms. Ownership of the software, code, branding, design, and related intellectual property remains with the developer.

License scope and device activations

A standard full desktop license is for one user and includes activation on up to 2 devices. The license is not unlimited, may not be shared as a team license, and may not be resold, redistributed, rented, sublicensed, or used to bypass activation limits.

One-time purchase model

CreditFixerToolkit is sold as a one-time desktop license for the version purchased. There are no subscription fees or timed renewal fees for the purchased version. Future major versions, if released, may be sold separately and may include discounted upgrade pricing for existing customers.

Activation and license validation

The full desktop build requires license activation. Activation uses your license information and device-related activation checks to confirm ownership and enforce the included device limit.

Demo version

The demo version is provided for evaluation only. It may include seeded sample data and read-only behavior. The demo is not licensed for live production client work.

Local-first data model

CreditFixerToolkit is designed as local-first desktop software. Client workspace data is stored locally on the user's machine inside an encrypted workspace. The developer does not operate a cloud database for customer workspace records or client files.

Passwords, backups, and recovery

Users are responsible for protecting their workspace password, backup password, backup files, and computer system. CreditFixerToolkit does not store a master recovery password and cannot recover encrypted workspace data if the user loses the required password or backup credentials.

Acceptable use

Users agree to use the software lawfully and ethically. Users are responsible for following applicable laws, regulations, consumer protection rules, credit reporting requirements, privacy obligations, and any professional or business requirements that apply to their work.

No legal, financial, or compliance advice

CreditFixerToolkit is workflow software. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, compliance advice, credit repair certification, or authorization to operate a credit repair business. Users should consult qualified professionals when they need legal, compliance, or business guidance.

No outcome guarantees

CreditFixerToolkit does not guarantee credit score improvements, dispute deletions, account removals, business income, client results, legal outcomes, or any specific financial result. Results depend on the facts, documents, user actions, applicable law, and third-party responses.

Unsupported systems

The current release is for Windows 64-bit systems only. Users are responsible for confirming system compatibility before purchasing or installing. Linux, macOS, Unix-based systems, and unsupported environments are not supported at this time.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. CreditFixerToolkit does not store full payment card information on this website or inside the desktop application. Payment processing, card handling, chargebacks, and payment settlement may be subject to Stripe and financial institution rules.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy. The demo exists so users can evaluate the software before purchasing the full desktop license.

Limitation of liability

The software is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for lost profits, lost business, business interruption, lost data caused by user error, lost passwords, failure to maintain backups, misuse of the software, or outcomes related to credit repair services or third-party decisions.

Updates and changes

The developer may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. Minor fixes may be released for the purchased version when available. Future major versions may be offered separately.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product, website, licensing model, payment flow, or legal requirements evolve. Updated terms will be published on this page.

These terms are provided for customer clarity and are not legal advice.
