Terms for the CreditFixerToolkit website and desktop license.

CreditFixerToolkit is local-first desktop software for credit repair operators who want to organize client files, disputes, tasks, documents, letters, reports, timeline/story records, audit/ledger records, backups, restores, and workspace security.

The product is not a credit repair company, law firm, financial advisor, tax advisor, compliance advisor, certification program, or guarantee service.

The product is sold as a one-time desktop license for the purchased version. One user license includes up to 2device activations unless otherwise stated in writing.

The license does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, brand, website, license system, or product materials.

The public walkthrough and product pages are provided so buyers can review product fit before purchase. The old in-app sample workspace, sample unlock path, and seeded client environment have been removed.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing system support, product boundaries, privacy terms, refund policy, and support limitations before purchase.

The website handles public pages, checkout, license delivery, activation support, and support contact. Private client workspace activity belongs in the desktop app controlled by the operator.

Operators are responsible for protecting workspace passwords, recovery details, backup files, exported reports, generated letters, documents, and any private client data they choose to store or export.

CreditFixer Analyzer and CreditFixerToolkit are separate products. Analyzer can export a local handoff package. Toolkit can import that package into a staging review workflow.

There is no shared database, no silent sync, no automatic disputes, no automatic tasks, no automatic letters, no automatic documents, no automatic mail, no automatic bureau contact, and no workflow automation from Analyzer import. Operator review is required.

CreditFixerToolkit does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, business, or credit repair advice. Users are responsible for their own lawful, ethical, and compliant use of the software.

Users who offer or plan to offer credit repair services should review applicable federal, state, and local requirements and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

The software does not guarantee removals, score increases, approvals, funding, income, dispute wins, legal outcomes, compliance outcomes, or business results.

Support may help with purchase, download, license delivery, activation, installer, and general product questions. Support does not review private client credit files, provide legal advice, or decide dispute strategy.

Do not send client SSNs, full credit reports, full account numbers, private documents, or unnecessary client records to support.

Refund requests are handled according to the refund policy. Review the refund policy before purchase. Buyers should not purchase if they require unsupported automation, unsupported operating systems, cloud CRM behavior, or guaranteed results.
