Do not send private client data
Do not email client SSNs, full credit reports, full account numbers, private documents, or unnecessary client records. For most support issues, the email used at checkout, license key prefix, operating system, and exact error text are enough.
Common questions
Can I preview the product before buying?
Yes. Use the product walkthrough and public pages to review the workflow, boundaries, system support, privacy model, refund policy, and license scope before purchase.
Is there still an in-app sample workspace?
No. The old sample-workspace path has been removed. The product is explained through the walkthrough and review pages instead of a sample client workspace.
Does Toolkit automatically create disputes from Analyzer imports?
No. Analyzer handoff packages are imported manually into staging. The operator reviews staged items and chooses what becomes a task or draft dispute tracker.
Does Toolkit send mail or contact bureaus?
No. Toolkit helps organize records and generate local materials. It does not automatically send mail, contact bureaus, or guarantee dispute outcomes.
Is Toolkit cloud software?
No. Toolkit is a local-first desktop product. The website handles public pages, checkout, license delivery, activation support, and support contact; private workspace work belongs in the desktop app.
What systems are supported?
CreditFixerToolkit is currently available for Windows 64-bit. Linux and macOS or Unix-based systems are not supported at this time.
